| 摘 要： | 以辽宁工程技术大学为案例,调查分析了普通高校女生网球选项课的教学现状和学生的学习状态,结果显示:高校网球选项课女学生的教学效果和学习状态不容乐观,学习兴趣呈下降趋势。本文运用实验法对女生网球入门采用短式网球教学的可行性进行了实验研究。结果表明,采用短式网球教学入门、过渡球教学有利于激发学生学习兴趣和更好地掌握网球技术。

| Abstract: | Taking the Liaoning Technical University as an example, this paper studies and analyzes the learning condition of elective tennis course for female students of ordinary universities. The result showed that the teaching effect and learning condition was unoptimistic, student's learning interest tended to decrease. This paper carried out the experimental research in the feasibility of adopting shorts tennis teaching in elementary stage for female students. It concludes that it can help to improve students' learning interest and make the students master tennis technique better by adopting short tennis and transitional ball teaching. |
