| 摘 要： | 校本研修能力指的是教师从事教学实践中获得的与教育行业相关的能力范畴，它反映了教师履行职责的程度，是教师在从事教学实践中表现出来的无形的能力。校本课程开发的理念与策略指出，体育教师在进行校本研修的过程中，必须具有一定的教育教学能力，比如，协同教学能力、优化课程的能力、决策方面的能力以及开发课程资源的能力。

| Abstract: | School-based research ability refers to the teachers engaged in teaching and practice obtained and education sectors related to the ability of category,it reflects the teachers to perform the duties of the degree,and is teachers engaged in teaching practice showing invisible ability.The idea and strategy of school-based curriculum development pointed out that physical education teacher must have certain education teaching ability in the process of school-based research,such as collaborative teaching ability,optimization of the course ability,decision-making abilities and the development of curriculum resources capacity. |
