| 摘 要： | 提出体育的“目的”、“任务”和“目标”，是为了规定体育实践将要实现的结果或要达到的标准，其首要条件必须符合体育的本质，符合以人为本的现代人文精神。通过对全国体育院校通用教材《体育基本理论教程》以及全国普通高等学校体育教育专业教材《体育概论》中体育“目的”、“任务”、“目标”的提出方式及内涵的比较分析，发现二者存在较大差异，《体育概论》的提法更为合乎国际惯例，其内涵更为强调人的主体性及人文精神。
