摘    要:恢复训练在现代中长跑训练体系中占有重要的地位,同时也是运动训练中的一个重要组成部分。现代中长跑训练为了使运动员获得较好的成绩,都必须从事大运动量训练,伴随而来的就是疲劳的产生。如何才能使运动员的疲劳更快的消除呢?因为训练结束后恢复得好和坏与运动员的成绩息息相关,目前运动成绩的竞争,也就是大运动量训练结束后恢复效果的竞争,谁大运动量训练结束后恢复抓的好抓的紧,就可能成为明天赛场上的获胜者。
