| 摘 要： | 第二信使是指受细胞外信号的作用，在细胞质基质内形成或向细胞质基质释放的细胞内小分子，其负责将信号传到细胞内部，如cAMP、cGMP和Ca^2＋等。通过查阅大量文献资料，本文对第二信使的研究进展以及运动对心肌第二信使的影响进行综述。

| Abstract: | The second messenger is the small molecule that is formed in cytomatrix or released to cytomatrix by receiving the signals of the outside cells. Its function is to transmit the signals to the inside cells such as cAMP, cGMP, Ca^2＋ and so on. By referring to the related literature, this paper reviews the research of second messenger as well as the effect of exercises on second messenger of cardiac muscle cell. |
