| 摘 要： | 本文从阐述“阳光体育运动”的内涵着手，揭示出当前我国学校体育存在的主要问题，并针对学生体质下降，体育教师数量不足以及质量堪忧等问题，提出一些改革的对策与措施，从而进一步阐明开展“阳光体育运动”的重要作用及意义。
