| 摘 要： | 在备战第十一届全国运动会期间,我们以河南省射击中心女子气步枪组的三名重点运动员为研究对象,选取2009年冬训过程中模拟比赛的技术录像进行分析。目的是在扣扳机瞬间的时间段0.833秒范围内来比较三名运动员的晃动范围,分析身体姿势诸如膝关节角度、髋关节角度等指标,来寻找射击中较合理的技术动作,以期为技术训练有所指导。方法是利用高速摄像系统进行同步动作拍摄,之后应用解析软件进行解析,并对数据进行了处理。结果是以扣扳机的瞬间为拍摄时间段,得到身体空间坐标参数、身体姿势的诸如膝关节角度、髋关节角度等相关参数。结论是1.三个轴向上枪上某一点的坐标震动范围平均值基本上反映了这批运动员的技术水平。可以看出付XX的扣的及时,技术发挥得最好,其次是汤XX,陈XX技术发挥较差。2.左手指坐标可以反映在扣扳机瞬间支撑用力情况,可以作为对于评判支撑瞬间固势技术动作的前后、左右位移大小技术优劣的关键指标。3.右手指的运动很关键,它的技术动作好坏会对整个技术动作起到很大的作用。对扣扳机瞬间来说,在扣动扳机的前提下右手指在前后方向位移越少,用时相对越少,右手指用力越均匀,对成绩越有很大帮助,而左右,上下方向的震动对成绩有较大的影响。右手指坐标也是评判技术优劣关键指标。4.支撑腿左腿膝关节角度都较大接近于180度,左髋关节角度也较大,都接近于180度,射击技术要求身体支撑侧越接近垂直越好,对稳定性、瞄准越有帮助。对于左肩关节角度来说,越小越接近于垂直位对稳定性、瞄准越有帮助。

| Abstract: | During the period of preparing for the 11th National Games,we take the three athletes of female air rifle shooting group of Henan shooting center as study objectives to analyze female air rifle standing shooting action in the process of the video of training courses techniques in 2009 winter training.The aim is to compare the shaking scope of the three athletes in a triggering pulling instantaneous time section 0.833 second and analyze the body position such as the angle of knee joint and hip to search for the more reasonable technical movement in the shooting with a view to instruct the technical training.Method: To use high-speed camera system for simulta-neous action filming,followed by analysis with analytic application software,and process the data.Results: Basing filming intervals on triggering pulling instantaneous time to get physical space coordinate parameters,body position such as the angle of knee joint and hip and other related parameters.Conclusions: 1) The average of shock range on the coordinates of a point on the gun at three-axis generally reflects the skill level of these athletes.It can be seen that Fu XX pulled triggers timely and played his skills best,followed by Tang XX,Chen XX played his skills worse.2) Left hand coordinates can be reflected in support force on triggering pulling instantaneous time.It can be used as key indicator of the size of the technical merits of the support for the judge moments before and after left and right solid potential technical movement shift.3) The movement of right hand is crucial whose actions played a significant role in the whole technical movement.As to triggering pulling instantaneous time,under the premise of pulling the trigger,before and after movement shift of right the smaller,with less time,the right figures strengthen more equally,the greater help to the achievements.The vibration of left and right,upper and lower has a great effect on performance.The coordinates of the right hand is also a key indicator of judging the technical merits.4) Knee angle of left leg,support leg is large,which is close to 180 degrees.The left hip joint angle is also large,which is near 180 degrees too.Shooting skills require that side of the body support is closer to the vertical as possible,which is good for stability and targeting.For the left-shoulder perspective,the smaller,the closer to the vertical position,the more helpful to the stability and targeting. |
