| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料和调查访谈,对大学生亚健康状态的形成、表现进行了分析,并根据体育教育的实践,提出了在体育教育中防范、矫治和消除亚健康状态的办法,目的在于为大学生的健康教育提供参考依据。
