| 摘 要： | 大学生的价值观有适应现代社会需要的积极因素,也有不适应现代社会的消极反映.大学生的价值观呈现出主体性、矛盾性、多样性、不稳定性的特点.大学生自身的心理特点以及学校教育、家庭环境、个人经历影响大学生人生价值观形成和改变的最主要外部原因.对大学生价值观的因子分析是我们要教育大学生走“复合型”人才的成才路向、要转变教育观念、提高思想政治教育工作的实效性、构建与时俱进的思想政治教育新模式、要加强校园文建设的必要基础和条件,为大学生成长成才服务.

| Abstract: | The values of college students have to adapt to the positive factors of the needs of modern society, it is not adapt to the negative reflection of modern society. The values of college students presents the characteristics of subjectivity, contradiction, diversity, instability. College students＇psycholo~（~cal characteristics and school educa- tion, family environment, personal experience of college life and values formation and change of the main external causes. On college students＇values of the factor analysis, we should educate the students to go eompositetalents of the direction, change the concept of education, improve the ideological and political education work, and con- struct the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the new model, strengthen the campus culture con- struction necessary foundation and conditions, and improve the service for college students. |
