| 摘 要： | 国家的西部大开发政策为西部地区的政治、经济、社会、文化卫生建设提供了前所未有的机遇，特别是近年来，国家实施的西部大开发战略、兴边富民工程、社会主义新农村建设、万里边疆文化长廊建设工程、体育部门实施的“雪炭工程”等等，都有效地促进我国边境地区各项经济社会事业的全面进步，形成了我国边境稳固、社会稳定、民族团结、兴边睦邻的大好局面。

| Abstract: | The national western large - scale development policy brings unprecedented opportunity for western area＇ s politics, the economical, social, and the cultural sanitation construction. In recent years, the national implementation＇ s western large - scale development strategy, the prosperous common people project, the socialism new rural reconstruction, ten thousand mile border area culture corridor construction project, the sports department to implement ＂the snow coal project＂ and so on, effectively promoted our border area each economic society enterprise＇s comprehensive progresses, formed our country frontier to be stable, side the social stability, the national unity and the good - neighborly. ; |
