| 摘 要： | 本文主要运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查访问法对国外的和我国的职业体育的管理与经营进行了研究，总结了国外职业体育发达国家的先进经验，找出了我国职业体育存在的问题。借鉴了西方职业体育发达国家的经验，并结合我国的国情，为我国职业体育的健康发展提供一些自己的建议与意见。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature, expert interview and investigation, this paper summarizes the advanced experience of professional sport management at home and abroad, finds out the problems existing in our professional sports. Learning from the experience of western developed professional sport country and connecting with Chinese situation, some suggestions and advices are provided for the health development of Chinese professional sport. |
