认知练习法在体育院系体操普修课低单杠长振屈伸上教学中的应用研究

摘    要:通过认知练习方法可调动学生的思维能力,做到体脑并用。用正确的程序性知识指导练习以期达到提高单杠短振屈伸上技术教学效果的目的。实验证明,认识练习法应用于单杠长振屈伸上技术教学中,能够促进学生对动作的正确认识和快速掌握。

Abstract:Through cognition practice method, the student's ideation was activated. The correct procedural knowledge was used to instruct the practice in order to achieve the technical teaching effect goal of parallel bars. The result showed that the application of cognition practice method could promote the student to understand and master the skill quickly and correctly.
