| 摘 要： | 随着研究生招生规模的扩大，研究生供需关系发生了很大变化，就业压力也随之增大。本文就17所高校的三届排球硕士研究生、研究生导师为研究对象，分析其当前的就业现状及其存在的问题，为更好的培养适应社会需要的人才提供理论依据和参考。

| Abstract: | With the enlarged enrollment of graduate students, the supply and demand has experienced drastic changes and employment pressure is constantly increasing, Taking the graduate students with volleyball major and master teacher as research subject, this paper analyzes the employment condition and existing problem. The main purpose is to provide the reference for better training the talented people meeting the social requirement. |
