| 摘 要： | 排球运动员在比赛中能否创造优异运动成绩，除了要有较高的训练水平之外，更与其临场能否正常发挥或超水平发挥有很大关系。而影响排球运动员发挥的场上因素极其复杂多变的。本文通过对影响排球运动员临场发挥的场因进行全面分析。认为影响排球运动员临场发挥的因素分为人的因素、气候因素、场地设备因素三大类。本文进行针对性分析，找出这些因素消极影响的对策，以其为教练员、运动员更好的控制比赛提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | Whether volleyball players can get good performance or not in the game not only links with high training level, but also is greatly related to the exertion of the players＇level. While the factors in the field that affect volleyball player＇ s exertion are complicated and changeable. This paper makes a thorough analysis on the factors of affecting volleyball player＇ s exertion, thinks that there are three factors affecting player＇ s exertion including human, climate and field equipment factors. Analysis is made in order to find out negative effects of these factors, The main purpose is to provide some references for athlete better controlling the competition. |
