| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着城市社区的蓬勃兴起与不断发展,特别是在建设体育强国和全面建成小康社会的背景之下,植根于城市社区中的体育草根组织也日益成为目前我国城市社区体育建设中非常关注的研究领域之一。本文通过对草根与草根组织的概念界定、城市社区体育的定位、体育草根组织参与运动健身的现实意义进行论述,并在此基础上有针对性地对体育草根组织参与运动健身所存在的问题进行了总结。

| Abstract: | Abstract：In recent years ,with the booming and development of city community ,especially in the construction of sports power and fully completed in the context of a well-off society,rooted in the urban community sports grassroots organizations are also increagingly become one of the research areas of great concern in the construction. In this pa- per, the concept of the grass-roots and grass-roots organizations are defined, the position of the urban community sports, sports grassroots organizations to participate in sports and fitness practical significance are discussed, and on this basis,in a targeted manner, sports grassroots organizations to participate in sports and fitness problems arc summarized. |
