| 摘 要： | 采用文献研究法、比较分析法和逻辑分析法,对体育知识产权的概念以及产生、发展、保护、转化率分别进行了探骊分析。研究结果表明:体育知识产权保护不到位,主题不明确;体育专利成果转化率低,缺乏专门的体育相关的孵化机构。结论:倡导高校开设体育知识产权相关课程,培养专门人才;成立专门体育知识产权孵化中心。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review,comparison and logical analysis ,this paper makes analy- sis on concept, development, protection, conversion efficiency of sports intellectual property. The result shows that sports intellectual property protection is not in place ,the theme is not clear,the conversion rate of sports patent a- chievements is low, and the sports related specialized incubator is lack. It concludes that setting the courses in sports of university intellectual property, training specialized personnel, and establishing the special sports intellec- tual property incubator center. |
