| 摘 要： | 本文通过对目标定向理论的深入探讨,并采用实验验证的方法对高二年级两个教学班学生随机抽取60名男学生为样本,分为对照组和实验组,通过24学时的教学实验结果后表明：目标定向理论在铅球课教学中的应用对学生掌握铅球知识、技术、铅球成绩要明显优于对照组的学生。

| Abstract: | This paper randomly selects 60 male students as a sample in the two classes in senior middle scheol grade two, divides them into the control group and experimental group. The 24 hours of teaching experimental result shows that students in achievement goal orientation theory in the shot - put teaching have mastered the application of knowledge and technology of the shot - put better than that of students who are in the control group. |
