| 摘 要： | 如今休闲体育作为一种全新的理念受到人们的高度重视，成为人们生活中重要的活动内容。休闲体育也是人类社会发展的一种文化形式，有着深厚的文化背景，因此，本文从文化学的视角去重新审视休闲体育，揭示休闲体育在我国发展的文化底蕴，为我国的休闲体育健康迅速发展提供帮助。
