| 摘 要： | 后排进攻简称为后攻,作为一项排球的新技术,现已被世界各国强队广泛运用在比赛中。伴随着运动员的身材和弹跳高度的逐渐增加,单脚起跳后攻技术已得到不断地发展和完善,成为进攻技术体系中一个重要的组成部分,越来越引起人们的重视。本文从单脚起跳后攻的发展趋势,单脚起跳后攻动作原理、技术特点、要点,注意的问题来进行研究探讨。

| Abstract: | Back line offence is simply called back attack. As a new technique of volleyball, it is widely used by world strong teams in competition. With the increase of player＇ s body height and jumping height, the one - leg take - off spike back attack technique is continuously perfected and developed, and become the important parts of attack technique system. This paper, from the point of developing trend of one - leg take - off spike, the principle and technical character, makes discussion on it. |
