| 摘 要： | 根据现代运动训练学的观点分析,疲劳的诊断与恢复已成为运动训练的主要组成部分,也是影响训练和比赛成绩的两个基本要素。通过文献资料法和逻辑推理等方法,结合技能主导类表现难美性项群运动项目的特点,从生理和心理两个方面对运动性疲劳的产生机制、诊断及恢复进行初步探讨。

| Abstract: | According to modern training theory,fatigue diagnoses and recovery has already become a modern important component in sport training.It is also two basic elements influencing training and competition performance.Through using the method of literature review and logical reasoning,combining with characteristic of technique-oriented items with difficulty and beauty,this paper makes preliminary analysis on mechanism,diagnoses and recovery of exercise fatigue from the aspects of physiology and psychology. |
