| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料研究、数据调查等方法,对江苏省市级体科所的科研人员现状进行研究,为市级体科所在以后的发展中提供一些参考。研究表明①江苏省市级体科所建设覆盖面较广,在全国具有较强的示范性。②市级体科所的规模较小,还处在发展的初始阶段。③市级体科所科研人员素质相对一般,进行科研工作的经验较少,缺少领军人才。④市级体科所缺乏科研成果,科研人员的科研能力需要进一步提高。
