| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料法、实地观察法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,收集和整理有关足球运动训练中运动损伤的产生原因和预防措施,通过观察贵州省第九届大学生运动会足球比赛预备期球队适应性训练情况,和黔南州、黔东南州部分地方高校足球校队日常训练情况,结合本人训练经验,提出有效预防地方高校足球校队训练中运动损伤的措施建议。

| Abstract: | Through literature,field observation,mathematical and logic analysis method,this article collects and organizes the causes and preventive measures of sports injury in football training.By observing the adaptability training of football teams in the preparatory period of the Ninth University Games in Guizhou Province,and the daily training of football teams in some local colleges and universities in some south and southeast Autonomous Prefectures in Guizhou,combined with personal training experience,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for effectively preventing sports injuries in the training of local college football teams. |
