| 摘 要： | 针对目前学生的体质健康出现下滑的状况,对西方的运动教育模式进行总结,发现学生在参与体育竞赛的热情远高于常规的体育课,学生对体育竞赛的兴趣更加浓厚,而对于传统的三基教学模式,学生对学习的热情不仅不够高,并且不能很好地保证学生参与的主体性,学习的整体效果不佳。而体育竞赛在学校的开展过程中,学生可以依据自身特点,找到自己的兴趣所在,树立自信心。本文从体育竞赛的促学、促练、促育三个方面进行探析,找到体育竞赛在教学实践中课堂内外一体化改革过程中的良性作用。通过对体育竞赛核心价值的分析,为学生更好地参与体育竞赛提供理论依据使体育竞赛在学校体育中发挥积极作用,提高学生体质健康,促进学生的全面发展。

| Abstract: | In view of the situation of students'physical health decline,this paper summarizes western sports education model and finds that the enthusiasm of students taking part in sports competition is far higher than that of conventional PE.However,under the traditional teaching pattern of“three foundations”,students'enthusiasm for learning is not high enough to ensure the subjectivity of students'participation,and the overall effect of learning is not good.In the process of the development of sports competition in the school,students can find their own interests according to their characteristics,and establish self-confidence.This article starts discussion from three aspects of sports competition to promote learning,to promote training,and to promote education;finds the benign role of sports competition in inside and outside classroom integration reform process.Through analysis of the core value of sports competition,it provides the theoretical basis for students to better participate in sports competition so that sports competition can play an active role in school sports,improve students'physical health and promote their all-round development. |
