摘    要:本文通过文献资料法、数理统计法对高中阶段体育教学策略进行分析,运用实验法对教学策略倾向进行控制,实验表明:降低技战能主导类项目在体育教学中过于追求游戏训练法和心肺功能的提高,可以避免对操作技能的形成产生破坏作用;提高体能主导类项群部分技术性含量较低项目在教学中学生心肺功能的倾向发展快乐学习的理念。探寻产生最佳教学效果的有效技能训练时间阈值可以更好地提高教学效果。

Abstract:By means of literature and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the teaching strategies of high school physical education,and uses experimental methods to control the tendency of teaching strategies. The experiment shows that: the reduction of technical warfare can lead to excessive pursuit of the game training method and the improvement of cardiopulmonary function in sports teaching. It can avoid damaging the formation of operational skills,and improving the tendency of cardiopulmonary function and the idea of happy learning in middle school students with lower technical content in the physical fitness leading group. Pursuit for the effective skill training time threshold that produces the best teaching effect could improve the teaching effect.
