南京市玄武区中学体育校本课程存在问题及对策研究

摘    要:以教育学和体育学的基本理论为依据,对南京市玄武区中学体育校本课程的实施现状进行了分析与研究。研究发现:南京市玄武区中学都进行了体育校本课程的开发,但校本培训机制不完善,体育教师的科研能力普遍较弱,场地小器材不足,开发的内容较少,组织形式较单一,没有充分体现校本课程价值,使校本课程开发流于形式。校本课程对中学生的运动技能和体育能力的提高有一定的作用,但在校本课程的开发中没有以人为本,也没有较好的体现“健康第一”的指导思想和“学习领域目标”,不利于学生终身体育锻炼习惯的培养。

Abstract:Based on the basic theory of education and sports science, the implementation of school -based curriculum in middle school of Nanjing Xuanwu district present situation has carried on the analysis and research. Nanjing Xuanwu borough middle school study found that the sports school-based curriculum development, but the school-based training mechanism is not perfect, the sports teachers'scientific research ability is generally weak, small venues equipment is insufficient, the development is less, the content of the organizational form is single, without fully embody the value of school -based curriculum, school -based curriculum development become a mere formality.School -based curriculum of middle school students improve sports skills and sports ability have certain effect, but not during the development of school-based curriculum with the person this, and no better reflect the guiding ideology of"health first"and"learning field goal", is not conducive to the cultivation of the students life-long physical exercise habits.
