摘    要:目的:使用事件相关电位研究比较不同功率自行车锻炼的持续时间对认知能力短期影响差异。方法:25名被试在功率自行车上进行75%VO2 max的的强度骑自行车,在实施前、运动15min、30min和60min采集行为学和脑电数据进行分析。结果:运动30min和60min后的P300反应时和振幅大于运动前,运动15min和运动前的反应时和振幅无明显差异。结论:30分钟以上有氧运动后认知功能提高。

Abstract:The purpose was to probe into the effects of one-time cycling exercise duration on cognitive function by visual event related potential.The methods were that P300 components were measured in 25 college students using a visual Oddball pattern during a baseline session ( no exercise) and after 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 60 minutes cycling exercise.Results indicated that the P300 amplitude and reacting time following 60 minutes and 30 minutes exercise were longer relative to the 15 minutes session and the baseline session.These findings suggest that an over-30-min aerobic exercise improve cognitive function.
