| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研、逻辑分析等研究方法,对世界优秀短跑运动员100m跑相关据进行分析研究。结果表明,100米跑的加速跑距离和总成绩在可能不相关的情况下,不能计算它们的相关性;100米跑的加速能力强的表现应该是加速度大,传统的理解“加速距离长,加速能力强”是错误的;建议100米跑的速度特征研究立足于最大速度的研究上,所有的研究应该围绕如何提高最大速度来进行。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper made analysis on relevant data of 100m running of world elite runners. The result showed that under the irrelevance between accelerative distance and total time, we cannot calculate the relevance of 100m running. The good accelerative ability of 100m running was the result of quick acceleration, while the traditional idea of long accelerative distance was wrong. It suggests that the research on speed of 100m running should focus on maximal speed. |
