| 摘 要： | 学校体育伤害事故的原因主要是由学校、教师和学生三个方面造成的，它所涉及了民事法律法规、行政法律原则和刑事法律，因此，在体育教学过程中，学校、教师和学生应该采取有利的措施，加强法律意识和学生的自我保护意识，减少学校体育伤害事故的发生，采取措施，分清法律责任，使已发生的事故尽快得到解决。本文就学校体育伤害及其责任归属问题作一些探讨。

| Abstract: | The reason of the injury accidents in school physical education mainly from school, teacher and student. It involves the civil laws, the administration law principle and the crime law. Therefore, in the physical education teaching, the school, teacher and student should adopt beneficial measure, strengthen the law consciousness and student protects consciousness, reduce the occurrence of the school injury accidents, distinguish the law responsibility and solve it quickly. This paper makes some discussion on responsibility of injury accidents in school physical education. |
