| 摘 要： | 本文通过问卷调查法和文献资料研究法等方法，对粤东高校学生发生运动损伤的情况进行调查分析，探讨其运动损伤的特点和规律，提出有针对性的预防措施，为今后高校体育教学、训练和课外体育活动中有效预防运动损伤提供一定的理论参考价值。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review and questionnaire,this paper makes analysis on incidence of sports injuries of college students in east Guangdong,discusses the character and general pattern of sports injuries and put forward the precautionary measures.The main purpose is to provide the theoretical reference for effectively preventing sports injuries in future college physical education teaching,training and after-school activity. |
