| 摘 要： | 学习动机是学生学习过程中最基本的动力因素之一。通过对教学目标设置、创设激起内驱力的情境和合理进行反馈等方面的分析，论述了高校排球教学中培养学生良好的学习动机，对教学质量的提高必将起到积极的推动作用。

Through analyzing the teaching goal establishment, internal drive situation and rational feedback, this paper discusses the good learning motivation of student in college volleyball teaching.
