| 摘 要： | 普通高校体育教师存在能力缺失的问题,我们应对此引起关注。怎样才能做好体育教师能力的培养工作?怎样才能使体育教师的能力充分地发挥出来?可以说这些环节相扣、相互制约与促进,加强能力的培养,有助于能力的发挥;解决好能力发挥的影响因素,有利于能力的培养。我们对体育教师的能力应有充分地了解与认识,充分发挥每位体育教师的能力,做好高校体育工作。
