| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查法、访问法等研究方法，对社会需要田径人才的知识结构、技能、教学能力等综合素质进行探讨分析，并结合当今教学中存在的问题，提出一些建议：建立适应社会市场的教学体系；重视学生的知识结构及技能的专业性、广泛性；加强学生综合能力的培养。

| Abstract: | through using the method of literature, investigation and interview, this paper makes discussion on knowledge structure, skill and teaching ability of athletic talent meeting social requirement. Combining with existing problems in education teaching, some suggestions are put forward. We should emphasize the students＇ knowledge structure, the speciality and extensiveness of their technique and the improvement of their complex abilities. |
