| 摘 要： | 本研究运用文献资料法、观察法、逻辑分析法从体育教学方法、儿童认知能力的角度出发,探求乒乓球教学模拟练习器(专利号:CN102151395A)对由于少儿认知能力、理解能力较弱,借助练习器可有效提高乒乓球启蒙训练的教学效果,帮助少儿初学者训练撞击球的力度感及击球的准确性;加快动作的"动力定型周期";避免徒手挥拍的枯燥感,维持兴趣的持续性进行研究。为基层少儿乒乓球启蒙教练提供实用性的参考建议,从而促进国家优秀竞技体育后备人才的培养。

| Abstract: | Using the literature method,observation method,and logic analysis method,this study starts from the perspective of physical education teaching methods and kids’ cognitive ability to explore the table tennis teaching simulation exerciser(patent number:CN102151395 A)for kids’ cognitive ability and understanding ability. With the help of the exerciser,it can effectively improve the teaching effect of table tennis enlightenment training,help beginners to train the sense of strength and accuracy of hitting the ball;speed up the"dynamic training cycle"of the action;avoid the boring feeling of unarmed swing to maintain the continuity of interest. The aim of the study is to provide practical reference suggestions for grass-roots children’s table tennis enlightenment coaches,and thereby promote the cultivation of national outstanding competitive sports reserve talents. |
