| 摘 要： | 采用问卷、访谈、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对浙江松阳县不同年龄段妇女参与休闲体育活动的动机、活动时间、次数、活动项目、形式、场地和影响休闲体育的因素进行调查分析,找出不同年龄段妇女的休闲体育的特点并依此提出相应策略,以促进妇女休闲体育活动的文明,健康,科学的发展,丰富业余文化生活,培养终身体育意识和建立正确合理的社区体育组织制度做些参考。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of questionnaire, interview, literature review and mathematical statistics, this paper makes analysis on leisure sports motivation, activity time, times, content influence factors of women with different ages, finds out characteristics and puts forward corresponding measurements in order to promote the healthy, civilized, scientific development, enrich the cultural life of leisure, life - long sports consciousness and set up correct and reasonable community sports organization system. |
