| Abstract: | By using the method of literature review and interviews , this paper analyzes sports institutions aerobics teaching condition of the referee , reveal the current inadequacies of the process , and thus clearly established sports colleges aerobics raw talent referee training objectives and measures aimed at the referee theory aerobics and innovation and to develop practical teaching referee talents to provide a typical case . |
