| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,在对我国竞技人才培养现状进行分析和对高校"校企合作"竞技人才培养经验借鉴的基础上,就高职院校竞技人才培养与企业的有机结合进行了探索。旨在实现校企双方共赢,为高职院校和企业培养出更具优秀的实用型竞技人才。
