| 摘 要： | 为了充分的了解花样游泳运动员赛前身体机能的状况，本文运用部分生化指标对其身体机能进行了监控。监控结果发现，赛前不同的阶段运动员的身体机能随着运动负荷的变化而变化；赛前1周运动员的身体机能调整到较好的状态，为参加2007年全国冠军联赛作好了充分准备。

| Abstract: | In order to know the physical functional condition of the synchronized swimming athlete, this paper uses some biochemistry indexes to supervise the physical function of the athlete, The result shows that the body function is changing in company with the variance of exercise load. The physical function of the athlete can be adjusted well before one week of the competition. It suggests that the physical function make well preparation for 2007 National Champions League. |
