| 摘 要： | 教师的专业素养被看做是"一名合格教师的能力的集合"。小学体育教师的武术素养专业与否,对小学生人生观的形成、知识的获得、健全人格的形成,正确的人生观、价值观的树立都有很大影响。本文采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,从教师的知识面、技术水平、人格魅力、职业道德方面进行了研究,对文水县小学体育教师的武术素养现状作了调查与分析,并提出建议。研究表明:文水县小学体育教师的武术专业知识还有所欠缺,对学生提出的问题做不出清晰的解答,课堂教学中几乎不向学生传授中国武术传统文化,专业技术水平仍有提升空间,有较强的人格魅力,职业道德还有待提高。

| Abstract: | Teachers’ professional quality is seen as the set of qualified teacher ’s ability. The Wushu professionalism of elementary school PE teachers is very influential for the form of view of life,acquisition of knowledge,form of sound personality,as well as the built of healthy view of life and value of students. This paper adopts literature data,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics methods,studies on the knowledge restore,performance level,personal charms,and professional morality of teachers,analyzes and investigates the current situation of Wushu quality of PE teachers in Wenshui County,and proposes suggestions. The research shows that:Wenshui primary school physical education teachers are still lack of professional knowledge of Wushu;they are unable to answer questions clearly;little traditional Chinese Wushu culture is mentioned in class;their professional skills are under developed. Teachers hold decent personal charms,while their professional morality still needs to be improved. |
