| 摘 要： | 休闲体育是一种现代生活方式,文明、健康的休闲体育可以使精神和身体上得到充分的休息和放松。本文应用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法对山西省职业女性休闲体育现状进行调查和分析,希望为我国休闲体育的进一步发展提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | Leisure sport is a kind of modern lifestyle.Civilized and healthy leisure sports can get fully rest and relaxation on spirit and body.By means of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzed the current situation of leisure sports of career women in Shanxi.The aim is to provide some advices for the development of leisure sports in china. |
