| 摘 要： | 通过对中美两国高校高水平运动队的管理机构和运动员管理的比较研究，得出两国有许多值得相互学习与借鉴的方面。如何借鉴美国高校高水平运动队在管理模式方面的先进经验，结合实际来完善我国高校高水平运动队的管理模式，对于建立有中国特色的高校高水平竞技体系，发展我国高校竞技体育有着重要的意义。 |

| Abstract: | Through making comparison on administrative structure and athlete management of college high - level sports teams between China and America, some valuable experiences are drawn out for mutual learning. It is of important significance how to use the advanced management mode experience of high - level sports tearhs in universities of USA, with China＇s actual practice to improve the management mode of high - level sports teams, for the establishment of high - level athletic system in colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics and develop China＇s college athletics. |
