充分发挥健美操课对女大学生的健心作用

摘    要:为充分发挥健美操课的健心作用,需适当调整教学重点,改进教学和训练方法。在健美操教学的同时,要加强对学生自信心、表现力、自我调节能力等方面的培养。实验结果表明,强调充分发挥女大学生健心作用的健美操课取得了较好效果,学生不但在身体素质上得到了有效锻炼,在心理素质上也取得比较明显的进步。

Abstract:In order to fully play the function of aerobics exercise mental health, the key of teaching should be adjusted for improving teaching and training method. During the aerobics teaching, the cultivation on student's confidence, expressive force and self - adjustment should be strengthened. The result shows that more obvious effects were made during the lesson of fully playing the function of aerobics exercise on mental health, their physical fitness were taken effectively and mental quality were improved as well.
