| 摘 要： | 青少年足球是提高我国足球竞技水平的基石和保障,但是我国青少年足球人才的培养近年来呈现滑坡和萎缩趋势。以创新运动员等级评价标准和足球技能测试标准作为切入点,面向广大的业余足球运动员研制具有教育性、引导性、发展性和便捷性的青少年足球运动技能等级评价方案,逐步构建具有较强社会影响力的各级各类足球比赛与技能等级测试认证系统,加快改善青少年足球人才培养体系,扩大和提高足球后备人才的规模和质量。进一步对测试标准的创新、研制、管理和推广工作提出了策略和建议。

| Abstract: | Junior soccer is the cornerstone of improving our soccer competitive level. However, the cultivation on junior soccer talented players tends to decline in recent years. Taking the innovation of skill graded evaluation and soccer skill testing standard as the base, this paper tried to develop the evaluation plan with the educational, developmental and convenient character facing the wide-variety amateur soccer players, gradually established the credit system at each level soccer match, quicken the junior soccer player cultivation and improved the number of talented player. Some suggestions were put forwarded on promotion and management of skill graded evaluation innovation. |
