| 摘 要： | 为了完善我国社会体育的法制体系,推进体育立法工作,加快我国地方性社会体育立法的建设,已成为我国体育法制建设不可忽视的重要环节.本文通过对文献资料的整理与综合,对当前我国地方性社会体育立法在我国体育事业发展中所起到的作用进行阐释,并且将其在社会体育发展中所表现出来的特征进行归纳总结.

| Abstract: | To develop social sport legal system in China and promote the construction has been becoming an im- portant part of legal system in China, which cannot be ignored. This paper explains the function of sports legisla- tion in sports undertaking of China and summarizes the characteristics during the development by sorting out and integrating the document data. |
