| 摘 要： | 目前很多学校取消长跑,学生体质下降以及避免学生猝死或受伤是学校取消长距离跑的最大动因.阳光体育的长效开展、提高学生身体素质,能很好解决这样的问题,健全纠纷解决机制,使发生事件以后彻底地责任归属,妥善地善后处理,学校也不会选择取消长跑来进行风险规避.本文借鉴了国内外对类似事件的处理的方法,提出了政府政策性地将类似学生猝死事件打包真正社会化、市场化地交给某个具体行政部门(如:保险企业)来处理.尤其是具体赔偿、补偿,交由政策和商业保险来处理,健全纠纷解决机制,解决学校的后顾之忧,理论上为恢复学校运动会中长跑比赛项目,恢复个别体育项目锻炼提供救济.

| Abstract: | At present, many colleges and universities cancel long-distance running, the decline in the physical fitness of students as well as to avoid students of sudden death or injury is the biggest motivation for school canceling long distance running. Improving students＇physical fitness can well handle this problem. Perfecting dispute settlement mechanism, so that the event occurred after thoroughly attribution of responsibility to properly deal with the aftermath, the school would not choose to cancel the long-distance running to risk aversion. This paper draws on the method of treatment of similar events at home and abroad, proposed government policies to similar students packaged really socialized sudden death, market-oriented to give a specific administrative departments （such as insurance companies）. In particular, specific compensation, compensation by the policy and commercial insurance, and improve dispute settlement mechanism to resolve the worries of the school, in theory, exercise provides relief for the middle and long distance events to restore individual sports. |
