中外优秀男子跳高运动员某些技术特征的对比分析

摘    要:通过对收集的我国优秀男子跳高运动员比赛时的技术参数与第6届世界田径锦标赛男子跳高前6名运动员进行对比分析时发现:我国选手的助跑倒数第1步水平速度低、摆动腿离地时身体内倾角减小,在快速助跑条件下完成好起跳的能力弱以及起跳腿蹬伸不充分,摆动腿的摆幅与摆速偏小,导致H1和H2低于世界优秀运动员最终导致运动成绩低于对方。

Abstract:Three-dimension high speed photography has been used for a kinematical analysis of high jumper's techniques just before and after take-off.Some elite Chinese male high jumpers taking part in the trials is served as subjects.The results show that Chinese jumper's H1 and H2 are lower than that of world level high jumpers.Their horizontal speed of the last step is lower during the approach run at the moment of the swing leg taking off the ground,and Chinese jumper's inside gradient of body is minus.Under the high speed of the approach run,the ability of finishing the take-off is weak,the driving of the jumping leg is not sufficient,and their swing range and speed are smaller.
