| 摘 要： | 运用比较研究方法,通过对1995年、2000年、2005年全国学生体质与健康调研浙江省19-22岁汉族男、女大学生身体素质比较分析,结果表明:1995-2000年浙江省城乡女大学生速度素质出现明显提高,但2000-2005年乡村女生速度素质却出现明显下降。城乡男大学生上肢力量呈逐年下降,城乡男女大学生下肢力量和弹跳力,以及城市女生腰腹部力量1995-2000年均出现明显提高,但2000-2005年呈明显下降的变化趋势。1995-2000年城乡男女大学生柔韧素质出现明显下降,2000-2005年却明显提高的变化趋势。城乡男女大学生耐力素质总体出现下降趋势,且乡村男生呈逐年下降趋势。

| Abstract: | By comparing and analyzing the national statistics of Year 1995,2000, and 2005,a research has been conducted on the college students'constitution and health of Zhejiang province ranging from 19 to 22 years old,of Han nationality.The study indicates: no obvious changes from 1995 to 2000 in the speed and constitution of male college students,neither urban nor rural,but obvious changes in female urban students;a sharp decline in female rural students' speed and constitution from 2000 to 2005;a yearly decline in male upper limb's strength;a noticeable increase in college students' lower limb's strength and spring capacity and female urban students' waist and belly strength from 1995 to 2000 but a remarkable decline from Year 2000 to 2005;students' pliability declining sharply from 1995 to 2000 but growing in the following five years;their stamina declining as a whole and male rural students' even in yearly decline.This article also provides relevant strategies accordingly. |
