流畅体验在健身锻炼中的探索研究

摘    要:研究采用重新编译过的《流畅状态量表》对在健身俱乐部锻炼的人群分锻炼项目、年限、频率及性别不同作了调查。通过对归纳的七个流畅体验的表现特征进行参数对比,发现锻炼项目不同的人群的流畅体验没有差异;不同锻炼年限的人群的流畅体验有差异,主要体现在“控制感”和“行动意识融合”两个特征上;不同锻炼频率的人群在流畅体验上也有差异,体现在“愉悦感”、“目标清晰”和“自我意识减弱”三个特征上;不同性别的人群的体验差异主要表现在“控制感”上。

Abstract:By using the new "Flow State Scale",this study launches an investigation among the people practicing body-building in the clubs,and divides them into several groups for their differences on the aspects of training Items,fixed number of years,frequency and gender.Then,this research gathers seven features that can show flow experience in the process of training and makes contrasts among them by the standard of the above parameters.Finally,this research comes into four conclusions.For people practicing different training items,their flow experiences are the same.There are some differences of flow experiences among the people possessing different training years,and they are shown as the features of "perception of control" and "harmony of the action consciousness".For people differentiating each other on the aspect of training frequency,they also differentiate each other on the point of flow experience.The differences are performed as the features of "delight feeling","objectives clearing" and "self-consciousness weakening".People having different genders also have differences on the point of flow experience,which are exposed as the feature of "perception of control".
