| 摘 要： | 日本在2003年建立了自己的体育仲裁组织日本体育仲裁机构(JSAA)。JSAA制定了自己的章程和仲裁规则,在实践中,JSAA已经受理了几起案件,形成了自己的特色。JSAA能够迅速地解决体育纠纷,最大程度地维护运动员的利益。JSAA的制度设计和运作值得我国在建立自己的体育仲裁制度时学习和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Japan set up its sports arbitration organization Japanese Sports Arbitration Agency(JSAA) in 2003.JSAA adopted its statute and arbitration rules.In practice,JSAA has heard several cases and developed its function.JSAA can settle the sports disputes swiftly and protect the interest of the athletes in great measure.The system design and operation of JSAA deserve our study and reference in establishing China's sports arbitration mechanism. |
