| 摘 要： | 马凡氏综合征是运动员猝死的重要原因之一,为运动队在选材时应严把体检关,尤其高身材运动员选材体检时应重点排查马凡氏综合征等病理性高身材。对疑似和确诊为马凡氏综合征的现役运动员应加强医务监督,进行动态医学观察和定期复查,以预防运动性猝死的发生。

| Abstract: | Marfan's syndrome is one of the major reasons of the sudden death of athletes.The author with documents Marfan's syndrome athletes medical supervision,that the sports teams in the selection should be strictly medical clearance,In particular,high-stature athletes selection examination should focus on the investigation Marfan's syndrome and other pathological high-stature.And the suspected diagnosis of Marfan's syndrome active athletes should strengthen medical monitoring,Dynamic medical observation and periodic review,the campaign to prevent the occurrence of sudden death. |
