| Abstract: | From the perspective of leisure and leisure patterns,the research proofed that the programs of leisure sports are to experience leisure and to form the habit of serious leisure.It discussed the factors and process of ocean leisure sports programming in order to provide the theoretic proof for developing the ocean leisure sports programs. |
